You may not abuse the service, interfere with app operations, scrape restricted paid data, or attempt to bypass billing or access controls.

Windline provides forecast guidance and related marine/weather information, but it does not guarantee that forecast output will be complete, uninterrupted, or correct for every decision.

You remain responsible for your own safety and operational judgment. The more detailed forecast-risk language in the Disclaimer remains part of the overall product policy set.

Paid plans, trial access, promo-backed access, renewals, and cancellation handling are managed through Windline and Stripe. Subscription terms shown at checkout and in your billing status become part of these terms.

If billing fails, access may be limited or downgraded based on the subscription state returned by the billing system.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, system integrity reasons, or violations of these terms.
